This Christmas, we’ll have no choice but to spend it at home with a small group of people. Maybe there’s something beautiful about that… it doesn’t always have to be a big affair to enjoy ourselves and celebrate love. We’ve worked incredibly hard—INCREDIBLY hard—this season. That’s why these days are important for us to just unwind. Enjoying Chinese fondue as a couple, watching a movie on the couch, and going to bed on time. By now, we’d normally have been in Thailand for almost two months this Christmas, chasing our dreams, so this Christmas is what it is.
Sometimes you just have to accept fate and figure out how to make the best of it. From Thailand to Lockdown 2, and yet we’re still incredibly happy—even though we thought we’d be happiest on a beach with palm trees and a cocktail in our hands. No, we’re happy here, with everything we do have: a great business that’s booming, awesome neighbors, lovely coworkers, a future that’s shaping up to be even better than we imagined, great production partners, and, looking back, our best year ever!
